Returns/Exchanges

Rad Rags has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email us at radragsonline@gmail.com to start a return or exchange if you did not receive a return label with your package.   Once we receive your request for a return, you will receive a prepaid label in your email (if you didn't receive one in your bag/box).  Pack your items and ship straight from your mailbox.  Once your items are received you will be refunded.  

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. No makeup for marks of any kind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can help your shopping experience to be as rad as possible.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if/when the refund will be credited to you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
