RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE/PURCHASE YOUR ITEM. THIS INCLUDES ONLINE AND IN PERSON PURCHASES. PURCHASES MADE AT POP-UP SHOPS ARE ELIGIBLE. PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ITEMS BOUGHT AT POP-UPS BACK TO RAD RAGS USING THE PRE-PAID LABEL THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED + INSPECTED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. No makeup for marks of any kind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can help your shopping experience to be as rad as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if/when your refund has been issued. PLEASE NOTE SOME BANKS TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO ISSUE REFUNDS.
